This is a blog I created on my 30th birthday with an intention to share what I have learned in the Educational Leadership Program (EdD) at USC Rossier School of Education.
I named it California 16℃ because I like to go out for a walk in the late afternoons; more often than not, I gained a sense of clarity at such comfortable temperature.
As I aspire to become an educational thought leader, I’d love to start here by sharing with you some of my notes, thoughts, and works.
